Olivia
Background: She is an accomplished musician. However, she grew up a peasant, uneducated and poor. Her mother had been the maid of a noble house, and growing up, she was fascinated by the stories that her mother told of her employment there. Her mother died when she was 14, but the stories never left Olivia. At 16, sick of her life as a fisherman’s daughter, she leaves home without so much as a goodbye. To get herself started, she pawns off some family heirlooms to buy a decent dress or two to get into social situations that she sees as stepping stones to get herself into high society. Although she has some missteps initially, she is eventually able to climb higher and higher. She is adept at manipulating others and is able to get a musical education, which she finds that she has a natural gift for.

2. Rough – Though she is learning, she still has to get rid of the manners and habits she has acquired growing up. She is still getting used to the customs of her surroundings.

4. Charming – Part of the reason why she is so successful in climbing up the ladder is because her charisma attracts others. She has had a few suitors, though she often doesn’t let anyone get too close.
